Inside Eské Studio

Eské Studio is a cabinetry and stone atelier with a design showroom in Silicon Valley. The studio was founded on the belief that the most considered spaces are born where design thinking and building knowledge converge. Shimen Krek spent years moving between fashion and construction before founding Eské.
One world obsessed with how things look and feel. The other with how they stand and last. The studio lives where those two instincts meet.

"I started Eské Studio because fashion taught me that design and craftsmanship are inseparable. I wanted to bring that standard into the spaces people live in." — Shimen Krek, CEO and Co-Founder

Before anything gets drawn or selected or built, the team wants to understand how you actually live. It starts with a home visit. The space gets walked, questions get asked, and the answers shape everything that follows. How does natural light move through the rooms? How does the family use the kitchen? What does the house feel like now, and what do you want it to feel like? That conversation is where the project really begins.

From there, a mood board session brings the direction together. Materials, finishes, references, and the overall aesthetic, worked through together. Your taste drives every decision. By the time the formal design consult arrives, the direction is already taking shape and nothing feels like it came off a shelf.

A renovation or remodel is a significant investment, in your home and in how you live in it. Eské takes that seriously at every step. Every interaction, from the first home visit to the final installation, is designed to feel considered and intentional. You should always know where your project stands, what decisions are coming, and why they matter.

Custom cabinetry and stone fabricated in the San Jose workshop. Hardware, fixtures, flooring, and fireplaces sourced through the showroom. Every material decision made with your space and your vision in mind. For a closer look at how Eské builds, two dedicated pieces walk through the cabinetry process and the stone fabrication process in full detail.

Come see us. Bring inspiration, bring questions, or bring nothing at all. We'll figure out where to start together.
